Job description

Combined kitchen management for an Italian bistro and a modern cafe with an expanded food menu. Altogether, there are 170 permanent places + 100 seasonal places. The team consists of 8-10 cooks, 1 pastry chef, 2 housekeepers.

Working hours are so-called managerial hours - as needed.

The company HOSPODSKA Plzeň s.r.o. focuses on quality beer, food and service. The company belongs to the Red Castle Hospitality Group a.s., which operates several restaurants and pubs in and around Pilsen. Their establishments include, for example, Potrefená husa, Kozlovna, Sokolovna or Cantina. The company also organizes various events and tastings for its customers and collaborates with local breweries and suppliers. The company wants to be a gastro-group where profession meets hobby and where gastronomy returns to its roots.

Requirements

Experience of at least two years as a chef or 3 years as a sous-chef in a restaurant with international / Italian cuisine
Ability to manage a team (8-14 people),
Knowledge of Italian / Mediterranean / International cuisine, breakfast cuisine, HACCP,
Financial calculation ability, menu preparation
Calm leadership,
Precision and decisiveness
Ability to inspire the team
Energy and creativity
English language at B1 level
